PropertyShops.in is a specialized platform built for Real Estate Agents. We found few issues with existing platforms when used by Agents, and we tried to solve these issues in our new platform. Some of them are:
- Fake Leads which are also sent to multiple agents, to fill the quota leads according to purchased plan.
- Too much monthly/annual charge for Agent
- Difficult process for Customer to contact Agent.
- Ease of use for Agents and Customer both.
- Agent's personal microsite with no cross links to other properties or other agents.
- Printed QR code for Agent's Microsite.
PropertyShops.in solves these issues with below new agent friendly features:
- Leads/call will be directly sent to the Agent. No Fake leads and no lead sent to multiple agents.
- A reasonable price based on properties posted on the platform.
- Customer can directly see the contact details of an Agent and contact without submitting any form or validating OTP.
- We have cut the clutter a lot. A customer can search for properties and see the details. No ads or cross promotion filled pages. Easy to read and follow.
- Each agent irrespective of number of posted properties will get access to their microsite. Listing all their properties at one place. Which they can share with their customers as needed, without worrying about losing clients to other agents.
- We also provide a QR Code print feature. An agent can take the printouts and stick it in their shop, vehicle or other places as needed. When scanned it will directly take the user to Agent's microsite.
