This is a CakePHP based application custom built based on client’s requirements. This application allows users to send emailers to a targeted list based on location. The application manages the database of real estate agents categories on location – County, City and State. User can choose to which list she wants to send emailers. Then user can design their email online using the tools provided in the application.
We added multiple templates which can change dynamically based on user input. Once the user is satisfied by the design then she has to pay for the cost based on selected emial list and then schedule the emailer to be sent on specific date and time.
To send emails we used Mailgun transactional email service. For collecting payments Paypal payment gateway is used.
