This application was created in Hebrew language. Here we created an embeddable form to collect leads from the site, where it is being used. The screenshot above is of teh Backend system, where we show the leads generated from each site. We identified the leads from separate sources using referrer details.
The client was charging the customers based on the number of generated leads. We also created customized forms for the clients as per their requriements.
