Troi is a top embedded recruitment solutions provider helping businesses scale talent effectively. When we began the project on May 20, 2025, the site was struggling with technical, content, and visibility issues.

Through a focused 4 month period, we resolved technical issues, optimized site content, homepage layout, implemented structured data, boosted site speed, and built high-quality backlinks. These efforts drove gain in traffic, engagement and global reach, establishing a strong foundation for long-term SEO success.

Initial Challenges

When we started in May 2025, Troi faced the following hurdles:

  1. Technical Issues
    • Broken internal links and missing canonical tags causing duplicate content.
    • CSS/JS files unminified affecting page speed.
    • Crawled but not indexed errors on multiple blog and service pages.
    • Multiple H1/H2 heading and meta description issues.

    • Duplicate or thin content across some blog posts.

    • Weak backlink profile and low domain authority (DA: 9, PA: 23)
    • Limited local/global visibility in target regions (UK, US, India, Netherlands).
    • No schema for Organization, Articles, Blogs, FAQs, or Breadcrumbs.
Impact:

Low organic impressions and click-through rates. Limited visibility for high-intent search queries. Technical and content issues reduced user engagement and crawlability.

SEO Strategy & Implementation

Our approach focused on technical optimization, content strategy, structured data, page speed, and backlink authority.

Technical Fixes

  • Broken Links & Images: Replaced 178 broken internal links and fixed broken images.
  • Canonical & Redirection Errors: Added canonical tags to key pages and cleaned redirect chains.
  • Sitemap & Robots.txt: Applied 301 redirects for 40+ 404 errors and updated sitemaps & robots.txt.
  • Performance Optimization: Minified CSS/JS files for improved load speed.
  • Structural Errors: Fixed multiple H1/H2 issues and optimized meta titles/descriptions.
  • Crawlability Improvements: Resolved crawled – not indexed errors for blogs and service pages.

Content Strategy

  • Weekly Blog Publishing: Created & published weekly blogs with keyword-focused topics (e.g., AI in talent acquisition, workforce reskilling, RPO vs internal hiring).
  • Content Structure Enhancement: Enhanced blog content structure: added images, alt text, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimized home page, service pages, and provider pages for high-intent keywords.
  • Competitor Keyword Analysis: Conducted competitor keyword analysis to fill content gaps and target long-tail queries

Structured Data & Schema

  • Schema Implementation: Added Organization, Blog, Article, Breadcrumb, Person, and FAQ schema across the website.
  • SERP Visibility Improvement: Ensured structured data coverage for blogs, services, and case studies to improve SERP visibility.

Backlink & Authority Building

  • High-Quality Link Acquisition: Built high-quality backlinks via guest posts, business listings, social bookmarks, Reddit, Web 2.0, and profile creation.
  • Toxic Link Audit: Performed toxic link audit and submitted disavow file for low-quality links.

Page Speed & Performance Optimization

  • Mobile Speed Improved: Mobile speed improved from 65 → 85+ (PageSpeed Insights).

Outcome:

Troi now holds several featured snippet positions, giving the brand top-level visibility in search results. Organic traffic skyrocketed, with both referral and social channels have seen exponential growth. Technical errors were resolved, improving site health and crawlability.

Blogs and service pages are fully optimized for high-value, intent-driven keywords. Backlink strategy strengthened domain authority and online credibility. Troi has built a strong SEO foundation for long-term growth, with measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, keyword rankings, and featured snippet visibility.
