Privacy Policy
Crazy Cards is an offline card game. It does not collect, store or share any personal information. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Crazy Cards mobile application (the “App”) for iOS and Android, published by Nirvaat Internet Private Limited (“Nirvaat”, “we”, “us”). The App is a single-player card game (currently Crazy Eights) in which you play against the computer.

- The App does not require an account, sign-in or internet connection.
- The App contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs.
- The App makes no network requests.
- Game progress and your sound preference are stored only on your device.
Information we collect
None. The App does not collect, transmit or store any personal data, device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, usage statistics or crash reports. We have no servers that the App talks to, and we have no way of knowing who uses it.
Information stored on your device
The App saves a small amount of data locally so the game can pick up where you left off:
- Round and match scores for an unfinished match, and the results of completed matches.
- Whether sound effects are switched on or off.
This data never leaves your device and is not linked to you in any way. Deleting the App removes it. On Android, the App opts out of system backup, so this data is not copied to your Google account. On iOS, it may be included in a device backup you make through iCloud or your computer, under Apple's own privacy terms.
Permissions
The App does not request any device permissions. It does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or notifications, and it does not ask for permission to track you.
Advertising, analytics and third parties
The App contains no advertisements, no analytics or crash-reporting tools, no social media integrations and no in-app purchases. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have any.
Children's privacy
The App is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no information from anyone, it collects no information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through our support channel, contact us and we will delete it.
Support requests
If you contact us through the Crazy Cards support page or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We use this information only to respond to your request and we do not add you to any mailing list or share it with anyone else. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your query and for our records.
Your rights
Since the App collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. If you have contacted support and would like your correspondence deleted, email us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App changes how it handles data (for example, if we add online features), we will update this page and the effective date above before that version is released.
